CrackMode is a fully independent, third-party peer-to-peer academic consultation platform. It is not authorized, endorsed, maintained, affiliated with, or sponsored by AIUB (American International University-Bangladesh) or any other educational institution. Course codes and academic terminology are used purely as descriptive text for operational context.
CrackMode facilitates connections between students seeking academic help and verified peer tutors. All consultations are peer-to-peer in nature and are intended for educational support purposes only. CrackMode does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, or results.
Students and tutors are strictly prohibited from attempting to establish direct contact outside the CrackMode platform. This includes but is not limited to: sharing personal phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or any other contact information directly between students and tutors. Tutors are prohibited from soliciting students for private work outside the platform. Students are prohibited from attempting to identify, locate, or directly contact their assigned tutor outside of the session link provided by the moderator. Violation of this rule will result in immediate permanent ban for both parties involved, with no possibility of reinstatement.
Tutor identities are protected by design. Students will only see a tutor alias code (e.g. T-07) and will never be shown the tutor's real name, contact details, or any personally identifying information. This is a platform safety feature and any attempt to circumvent it is a violation of these terms.
All payments are made via bKash or Nagad to the platform's designated mobile banking number. A small diagnostic fee is required upfront as a commitment signal. Full payment is required before a tutor is assigned. All payments are non-refundable unless the session cannot be fulfilled by the platform. CrackMode holds tutor payouts in escrow and releases them only after the student confirms the session is satisfactorily completed.
Sessions are facilitated via Zoom, Google Meet, Discord, or WhatsApp as agreed. Session links are provided by the moderator and are for the exclusive use of the assigned student and tutor for that specific order. Sharing session links with third parties is prohibited.
CrackMode reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: off-platform contact attempts, harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of any of these terms. Banned accounts cannot re-register using the same email address.
CrackMode provides a platform for peer connections and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any academic advice provided by tutors. CrackMode is not liable for any academic consequences, including but not limited to grades, exam results, or academic standing.
CrackMode reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
